John W. Starr Forest
Spanning approximately 8,300 acres, the John W. Starr Memorial Forest is conveniently located close to campus and borders the Sam D. Hamilton Noxubee National Wildlife Refuge and serves as a living laboratory for demonstration and research in forestry and wildlife management.

Wolf River
Established through the acquisition of over 14,000 acres along the Wolf River in Harrison County, the Wolf River Coastal Forest Research and Education Center serves as a coastal forest research station and demonstration site for longleaf pine restoration. This property protects over 100 miles of riparian buffers along the banks of the Wolf River and its tributaries.

Bulldog Forest
Encompassing 30,000 acres across 28 properties throughout Mississippi, the Bulldog Forest serves as outdoor laboratories for FWRC research and demonstration, and CFR teaching space.

South Farm Aquaculture
Part of the MAFES H.H. Leveck Animal Research Center, this on-campus facility offers opportunities for faculty and students to conduct aquaculture related research, with collaborations including This USDA-APHIS wildlife services unit as well as the USDA-ARS Hill County Initiative.
